How to request deletion
To request deletion of your ASA? account and associated data, email our support team using the button below. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit this request.
What to include
To help us locate the correct account, include:
- The email address used for your ASA? account
- Your username, if available
- A short message confirming that you want your account deleted
What gets deleted
When we process a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the data associated with your ASA? account, including your account profile and inventory content stored for the app.
- Account profile details
- Inventory items, locations, buckets, tags, and related metadata
- Uploaded item, location, and bucket images associated with the account
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or billing reconciliation.
Before you request
If you have an active subscription purchased through an app store, cancel that subscription through the store you used before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store-managed billing.
